Fall 2016

These last few weeks have been hectic. I’m deeply saddened by news of my friend Toots Thielemans passing and am thankful that I was able to fly to Belgium to share my sympathy with so many others. The funeral was really a celebration of the life of a great man. I was honored to be able to offer music and speak, it reminded me how fortunate I am to have known this great man and great musician.

In the meantime Berklee’s semester has started and so I’m back in Boston several times this Fall. In the end of September I had a concert with Peter Eldridge and Eugene Friesen in The Berklee Performance center that was amazing, and a trip to Bucharest with my trio.
